Due to the nature of our products and the difficulty in discerning whether our glassware has been used, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help. In the unfortunate event that your glassware arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide you with a replacement glass or figurine to ensure your satisfaction.

If your glassware arrives in a damaged condition, as stated above, we will promptly send you a replacement glass or figurine, at no additional cost. We want to ensure that you receive your ordered items in perfect condition.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We want to make this process as convenient as possible for you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible, preferably before the product has been shipped. Contact our customer support team at minizoousa@gmail.com with your order details. If the product has not yet been dispatched, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still take advantage of our return policy if your product arrives damaged.
