Return & Refund Policy

At MiniZooUSA, we take great pride in offering you high-quality glassware adorned with delicate handmade figurines. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@minizoousa.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Items returned without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or opened items (due to the nature of our glassware)

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement glass or figurine at no additional cost. For other exchange requests, the fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@minizoousa.com.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@minizoousa.com.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return if eligible.

items contain slight variations in shape and size. We don't accept
